Product Description
The KP-GT065 Bump Test Machine is designed in accordance with IEC60065 Clause 12.1.1 to evaluate the mechanical durability of audio, video, and similar electronic apparatus with a mass exceeding 7 kg.
The test involves placing the equipment on a wooden horizontal support and allowing it to undergo 50 free falls from a height of 5 cm onto a wooden surface. After completion, the apparatus must show no damage as defined by the standard.

Operating Procedure
Set the desired number of drops using the digital counter.
Position the sample correctly on the test platform.
Press the “RUN” button to initiate testing.
The machine stops automatically when the set value is reached. Remove the sample and evaluate the results.
Note
The side guard panels may be omitted when testing smaller samples.
