Haida is professionally engaged in production and sales of various kinds of testing equipment. Main series include Paper & Package Test Machines (P&P), Universal Test Machines (UTM), Foam & Furniture & Optical Test Machines (FFO) and Accelerated Environment Test Chamber (AES). In 2007, Haida merged with Mechanical Electric HK Ltd. and introduced Senior Technician Director from HK to set up our own R&D Center.

Haida has a dedicated technical research and development and design team. Members of the team are all mechanical and automation professionals. They have more than 10 years of R&D experience.

They can quickly formulate solutions according to the needs of users, and then design test machines and help users solve problems in the shortest possible time. Not only that, Haida's R&D team has stringent requirements for technology, including instrument calibration, parameters, force values, temperature control, humidity control, etc., striving to reduce the error to the lowest level in the industry, and Haida's test equipments can meet international standards,such as

Technically, Haida has 4 main independent systems of R&D, Production, Marketing & Sales, Measurement & Calibration; 4 bases of production and research; 10 PhD supervisors as consultants; oven 10 items of High-tech products; more than 50 items of product patents and 300 staffs. Haida products meet international standards (ISO, UL, ASTM, EN…) and widely used in field of Factories, Research Institutes, Quality Inspection Institutes, Universities, etc

Dongguan Haida Equipment Co.,Ltd established in October 2004

The 1^st Five Year (2005~2009)

In 2005

• Paper and board burst strength tester, tensile tester are in mass production and involved in paper & package industry and adhesive tape industry

In 2006

• The International Sales Division was formally established to clarify the Haida group’s internationalization strategy

In 2007

• The first domestic branch--- Jiangsu branch was formally established
• Passed ISO9000 certification and continued to increase investment in R&D and production of environmental reliable test equipment.

In 2008

• Move to a standardized equipment production workshop, occupied 10,000 square meters
• Obtained CMC 00000771 Certification

In 2009

• The first batch of 8 packaging test equipment won national patents
• Fujian branch established

The 2^nd Five Year(2010-2014)

In 2010

• Defined the vision, mission, values of Haida
• Haida International (HK) Co., Ltd. was formally established, and invited Well-known expert Mr. Mak from Hongkong to develop the furniture test equipment project
• Reached deep cooperation with Shenzhen University in independent software research and development

In 2011

• Chongqing Branch and Hunan Branch established

In 2012

• Implemented the separation of production and marketing mode.
• Guangdong Branch and International Sales Division moved to Nanchen district, Dongguan city

In 2013

• Started up Amoeba management mode and the team expanded rapidly

In 2015

In 2016

• Won the title of National "High-tech Enterprise"and exceeded 50 patents

In 2017

• The subsidiary Mover Software was established and the first wireless sensor technology was applied to mechanics products

In 2018

• BV, SGS, INTERTEK, TUV and other well-known testing institutions have listed Haida in the list of qualified suppliers
• Haida Technical Committee was established, with 10 doctoral-level experts providing technical
• Established Vietnam branch and Bangladesh branch

• Established subsidiary QTS (Quality technical service) and HUD(Haiyouda Intelligent Technology)

The following business process we focus on:

Sales Team Process: Defines setting customer expectations, creating quotations, price lists and product planning. The order review or supervisor checks to review customer requirements prior to the company committing to supply product to the customer.

The Custom Design Process: Defines how we develop customer-specific products not produced as standard products. Our R&D department will give their comments on it.

The Purchase and Manufacture Process: Defines buying, assembling, intergrading and testing the products procedure.

The Installation and Service Process: Defines installing those products in the field and providing after-sales support.
