Product Description
It also known as a materials testing machine , is applicable to testing tensile stress, compressive stress, shearing force, peeling force, and elongation of materials, components, and finished product for metal, plastic, rubber, textile, synthetic chemicals, wire and cable, leather, ect.
Application:
Tested sample: plastic films, laminated materials, adhesive tapes, adhesive bandage (plaster), release paper, plastic films, leather, rubber & plastic, paper, fiber, etc.
Different test with different grips: tensile, peel, tear, heat seal, adhesive, bend and open force.
Deformation under defined load: Test deformation under defined load of tested sample
Load under defined deformation: Test load under defined deformation of tested sample
Software can issue word/excel report with results for max. force, elongation, tensile strength, peel strength, tear strength, compression strength, etc.
Test Standard:
The machine is calibrated as ASTM E4, ISO 75001 international standard. By adding different grips it can do the test of ISO 527, ISO 8295, ISO 37, ISO 178, ISO 6892, ASTM D412, ASTM C1161, ASTM D882, ASTM D885ASTM D918, ASTM D1876, ASTM D4632 and all the force and extension JIS, DIN, BSEN testing standards.
