Application of Vacuum Drying Oven:

Aerofoil Dryer
It is the Bernoulli Principle of fluid mechanics, learn the characteristics of an aircraft wing design.
The upper and lower casing, inlet pipe, vertical duct, nozzles and other components. Surrounding paved 100mm thick cotton insulation, when the gas from the inlet pipe came through the rectifying means, manifold, vertical duct, and then evenly distributed to a series of nozzles, spray seam from slit-shaped high-temperature high speed airflow passing ejected paper, so the paper web floating suction on the height of about 2 ~ 3mm wing span gas nozzle box flat. Meanwhile turbulent air scour the paper will be one of vaporization of water. It does not require any support care guide rollers throughout the dryer.
Gas dryers generally use bilateral wing configuration, in order to operate and improve the drying rate. Aerofoil nozzle length and the same width as the dryer to prevent transverse flow stream.
